As many of you know we are very seasonal and after 15 years at the helm, this place means more to us than than we can ever put into words. Normally we'd open for long weekends in January and February but this year we have made the decision to take a proper winter pause. As well as building a fresh team for the year ahead, we also have some family health matters that need our time and attention. Taking a step back during the quieter months feels like the right decision, both personally and for the furture of the Griffin. Thank you for your continued support, kindness and understanding.
